You may not use, copy, imitate, reproduce, modify, display, publish, distribute, sell, license, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any SheCamps trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, program names, method names, framework names, taglines, or brand assets without prior written permission from SheCamps.

 

You may not use any SheCamps name, mark, program title, method name, framework name, tagline, logo, or other brand asset in a way that is likely to cause confusion, mistake, or misunderstanding about whether you, your business, your products, your services, your programs, or your content are connected with, approved by, sponsored by, affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, or licensed by SheCamps.

 

You may not use any SheCamps intellectual property or brand assets in connection with your own coaching services, retreats, courses, workshops, memberships, digital products, books, journals, trainings, certifications, events, communities, websites, social media accounts, advertisements, or promotional materials without prior written permission from SheCamps.

 

You may not register, purchase, use, or attempt to register or use any business name, domain name, social media handle, trademark, service mark, trade name, product name, program name, or other identifier that includes, copies, imitates, or is confusingly similar to any SheCamps name, trademark, program, method, framework, tagline, or brand asset.

 

Participation in a SheCamps program, course, workshop, retreat, event, membership, download, or other offering does not give you ownership rights in any SheCamps intellectual property. You may not teach, reproduce, repurpose, resell, sublicense, certify others in, or commercially use any SheCamps method, framework, program, process, curriculum, materials, or teachings unless you have a separate written license or certification agreement signed by SheCamps.

 

You may use SheCamps materials only for your own personal, non-commercial use unless SheCamps gives you written permission otherwise. Any unauthorized use of SheCamps intellectual property, trademarks, service marks, copyrighted materials, brand assets, or proprietary content may result in termination of access to SheCamps offerings and may subject you to legal action.
