Why I Created The Nature Reset Program
I created this program because I know what it feels like to be the strong one.
The woman who keeps going.
The woman who figures it out.
The woman who looks capable on the outside while quietly carrying more than anyone realizes.
For years, I lived in high-pressure environments, raised children, rebuilt my life through hard seasons, and learned how easy it is to disconnect from yourself while still functioning.
Nature became the place where my body could finally exhale. Not because it fixed everything overnight, but because it gave me space to hear myself again.
The Nature Reset Program was created from that lived experience and the SheCamps principles I now teach: simple, nature-based practices that help women regulate, reconnect, realign, and rebuild without needing to disappear from their lives to heal.

How the Weekly Calls Work
Each week, we gather for a one-hour guided group call to move through one SheCamps principle together.
This is not another sit-in-front-of-your-computer program. You are invited to participate while walking outside, sitting on your porch, standing in the grass, resting near a window, or finding a quiet place where your body can breathe.
You do not need to show up perfectly calm or put together. Bring yourself as you are that day.
All you need is your presence, water, your phone with access to the meeting app, and a headset if that feels helpful.
This is one hour a week to step out of the noise, reconnect with yourself, and practice calm in real life.
FAQ's
Do I have to be outdoorsy?
No. Nature can be as simple as fresh air, sunlight, grass under your feet, or sitting near a window.
What if I miss a call?
Life happens. This program is built for real women with real responsibilities. All weekly calls will be recorded and emailed to participants after the live session, so you can listen when your schedule allows and stay connected to the weekly principle. That said, live participation is encouraged whenever possible. Joining live gives you the chance to ask questions, share reflections, connect with the group, and experience the practice in real time. You do not have to be perfect. Just stay connected in the way that works for your real life.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a personal growth and nervous system support program. It does not replace medical or mental health care.
What if I feel guilty taking time for myself?
That is part of what we gently work through. You will practice choosing yourself in small, realistic ways.
How much time does this take?
One weekly call, short daily text touchpoints, and simple practices that fit into real life.
